The First & Most Important Step To Mental Training

Journaling is a vital practice which yields a number of benefits to overall growth and well-being.

When beginning the process of mental performance training for the purpose of self enhancement, this highly underrated, yet crucial step takes first priority.

Do NOT underestimate this practice and be fooled by its simplicity. Journaling provides one with the ability to reflect on and track progress.

Without certain structure and a roadmap to any pursuit, we are using half effort best, working sub-optimally.

Through the practice of writing, processing, and reflecting in the journal, we give our selves the means to better access our own psyches and develop the structure/roadmap needed.
